Fundraising and Charity
Goals and amount I raised for each year between 2012 to 2016. I've raised a total of $1,802 through my efforts in Extra Life.
In 2013 I signed up for Extra Life at the start of the year but I ended up fundraising for Phoenix Childrens Hospital by participating in their Miracle Miles event. I raised about $400 for Miracle Miles and walked in the P.F. Chang's Rock and Roll Marathon.
In the summer of 2013 I also started volunteering at the Phoenix Children's Hospital once a week. I worked in an area called "The Zone" which was a large playroom for children 6 yrs and older. I ended my work at the Hospital in the spring of 2017 a few months after my wife an I took on 2 foster children.
